We offer desserts for weddings, we can create any dessert you would want for your special day. Here we give a few examples of items we have made.

White Chocolate Frangelico Bavarian Cream
This dessert is very elegant for a wedding although here it is displayed in a glass we could use plastic cups if desired. Here we decorated it with dark chocolate circle and white chocolate pearls and candied hazelnut
Hazelnut Ganache Truffles
Here are our handmade hazelnut Ganache Truffles decorated with cocoa nibs. These are perfect for weddings, they fit into little gifts for the wedding favors
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Chocolate covered strawberries can be decorated any way you want. For example if you want them to be tuxedos or the wedding dress. Or colored to match the wedding colors, we can make that happen.
Honey Mousse with a Coconut Mirror Glaze
These desserts are fancy and are very light on the palate. Especially this favor the honey and coconut give a Caribbean style to the dessert. These are so versatile, if wanted the flavor and the color pf the glaze can be changed to fit what you want.
Fruit Bouchees
Fruit Bouchees are very refreshing desserts. These desserts made with puff pastry and filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with fresh fruit and a glaze. For spring weddings these are perfect.
Matcha and White Chocolate Panna Cotta
Panna Cottas are so delicious soft treat. Always looks so neat and elegant. Here is the white chocolate panna cotta on the right side and the match (green tea) on the left. dusted with match powder and fresh raspberries
